Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect your name (if provided), email address, authentication provider (such as Google or Apple), account identifier, and profile preferences. We never receive or store your authentication provider password.

Palm Profile

If you choose to use the Palm Collection, we collect palm photographs, hand selection, and palm characteristics derived from your submitted images. Your Palm Profile allows future Palm Rituals to build upon the same information without requiring you to upload your palm again. You may replace or remove your Palm Profile at any time.

Ritual Information

Depending on the Collection you use, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including questionnaire responses, personal preferences, birth date, birth time, birth location, and other information required for specific Collections. We only request information that is necessary for the Ritual you choose.

Library Information

When you complete a Ritual, Lumina stores it in your personal Library. This may include completed Readings, Ritual history, purchase history, unlock history, saved reflections, and Collection progress. Your Library is private and associated with your account.

Purchase Information

If you purchase Rituals, Crystal bundles, memberships, or other digital content, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card or payment information. We may receive limited transaction information such as purchase confirmation, transaction ID, product purchased, purchase date, currency, and payment status.

Device Information

To improve reliability and security, we may collect browser type, device type, operating system, language preferences, IP address, anonymous diagnostic information, crash reports, and session information.

Analytics

We may collect anonymous or aggregated usage information to understand how Lumina is used, including pages visited, features used, session duration, navigation flow, performance metrics, and error reports. Whenever possible, this information is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

We use your information to:

• Deliver personalized Rituals
• Create and maintain your Palm Profile
• Save your completed Readings
• Maintain your personal Library
• Process purchases
• Restore purchases across devices

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

Lumina is built around personalization. Information you provide helps us create experiences that feel more meaningful and relevant to your personal journey. Personalization may include Ritual recommendations, Collection recommendations, saved Library organization, personalized guidance, and future content suggestions. Personalization is intended to enhance your experience, not to make decisions with legal or significant personal consequences.

Your Palm Profile is unique to your account. It allows Lumina to create future Palm Rituals without requiring repeated uploads. Your Palm Profile is used only for providing Palm Collection experiences within Lumina.

You may:

• Replace your Palm Profile
• Delete your Palm Profile
• Delete your account

Deleting your Palm Profile may affect your ability to access future Palm Rituals.

Completed Rituals are stored in your private Library. Your Library is intended to become your personal archive of guidance over time. Future Collections may also become part of your Library. Your Library is only accessible while signed into your account.

Lumina may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, improve performance, measure usage, and maintain security. Most browsers allow you to manage or disable cookies. Some features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when necessary with trusted service providers that help operate Lumina. Examples include authentication providers, cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, customer support tools, and security services. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Lumina never stores your complete payment card information. Payment information is handled according to Stripe’s own privacy and security practices.

We retain your information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your Library, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal information unless we are legally required to retain certain records. Purchase records may be retained for accounting and legal compliance.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials confidential.

Lumina may operate using service providers located in different countries. As a result, your information may be processed outside your country of residence. When this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

The experiences available within Lumina are intended to encourage personal insight and contemplation. Lumina is an evolving platform. Additional Collections, Rituals, memberships, subscriptions, audio experiences, notifications, recommendations, and personalization features may become available over time. This Privacy Policy applies to Lumina as a platform, and may be updated as new features are introduced.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the Service. Your continued use of Lumina after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
