All purchases made through Lumina are for digital products or services, including but not limited to:

• Individual Rituals
• Collection unlocks
• Crystal bundles
• Memberships
• Subscriptions
• Future digital content and experiences

Once access to digital content has been granted, the purchase is considered fulfilled.

Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Purchasing the wrong Ritual or Collection
• Dissatisfaction with the symbolic or spiritual interpretation
• Not reading or completing a purchased Ritual
• Personal expectations regarding guidance or outcomes
• Failure to cancel a subscription before its renewal date
• Unused Crystals
• Partially used memberships or subscriptions

Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment.

Although refunds are generally not available, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional situations, including:

• Duplicate charges
• Unauthorized purchases
• Technical issues that permanently prevent access to purchased content and cannot be resolved by our support team

Approval of any refund request is at the sole discretion of Lola Cascade Technologies, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If Lumina offers memberships or subscriptions:

• You may cancel future renewals at any time through the platform or the payment provider.
• Cancellation prevents future billing.
• Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Crystals are virtual digital currency used within Lumina.

• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be exchanged for money.
• Cannot be transferred to another user.
• Cannot be resold.
• Are not refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem accessing purchased content, please contact our support team before requesting a refund.

In most cases, we can restore purchases, unlock content, or resolve access issues without requiring a refund.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where local laws require refunds or other remedies, those rights will apply.
