These Terms of Service govern your use of Lumina Palm Reading, operated by Lola Cascade Technologies, Okotoks, Alberta, Canada.

By accessing the website, uploading a photograph, completing the questionnaire, or purchasing a reading, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use this service.

Nature of the Service

Lumina Palm Reading provides personalized spiritual and entertainment content based on palm imagery and information you voluntarily provide.

Palm readings are interpretive and subjective. They are not scientific assessments, factual predictions, professional diagnoses, or guarantees of future events.

The service does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, employment, or relationship advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and should consult an appropriate qualified professional when necessary.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide information and photographs that you have the right to submit.
• Upload only an image of your own palm unless you have clear permission from the person shown.
• Avoid submitting unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, abuse, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Not use the service to impersonate another person or violate another person's privacy.

Purchases

Lumina Palm Reading is sold as a one-time digital purchase at the price displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes and charges will be shown before payment where required.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your purchase is complete only after payment has been successfully authorized.

Prices and promotional offers may change. Any change applies only to future purchases.

Delivery

Your reading is normally generated shortly after payment and made available through the website. Delivery times may vary because of internet connectivity, system demand, maintenance, or third-party service availability.

Refund Policy

Because each reading is personalized and generated specifically for the purchaser, completed and successfully delivered readings are generally non-refundable.

We may issue a refund or replacement when:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Payment was completed but the reading could not be generated or accessed because of a verified technical failure.
• A refund is required by applicable law.

Refund requests must be submitted through the Support page within 14 days of purchase and should include enough information to locate the transaction.

Dissatisfaction with the interpretation, tone, conclusions, or predictions in a successfully delivered reading does not normally qualify for a refund.

Intellectual Property

The Lumina Palm Reading website, branding, interface, graphics, software, prompts, templates, and original content are owned by Lola Cascade Technologies or its licensors.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the reading you purchased for private purposes. You may save or share your own reading, but you may not resell, reproduce commercially, automate, copy at scale, or create a competing service from our materials.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a reading will be accurate, complete, personally meaningful, or predictive of any specific outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lola Cascade Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on a reading.

Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses caused by your unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or submission of content without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Alberta, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
